Stacey Hayward, Chartered Accountant
Stacey has worked with a broad range of clients in a wide variety of industry groups over the last 20+ years focusing on financial accounting and reporting, financial controls, business operations and taxation. She has a strong focus on her clients and delivering exceptional service.
She founded the firm in January 2016 after working for a BIG 4 accountancy firm for 11 years in senior management. As a public practitioner and IRD tax agent you can be confident your interests are protected and legal obligations are properly met.
Stacey is a Waikato Accountant born and bred in Hamilton, she has two children Braxton, and Abigail, with husband Laurence and lives on a lifestyle block just minutes from the city edge. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and travelling. Gillian Hunn, Administrator
Gillian joined the team in 2022, bringing with her an impressive 30-year background in the health sector. Her extensive experience has been invaluable as she provides administrative assistance and support to Stacey and the wider team.
Outside of work, Gillian treasures quality time with her family and friends. She is passionate about exploring the stunning landscapes of New Zealand, often setting out in her motorhome to discover new places. Gillian also enjoys cycling on her e-bike and embracing the relaxed beach lifestyle whenever she can.

Ann-Marie Sutherland, Chartered Accountant
Ann-Marie grew up on a dairy farm in the Waikato. After finishing school, took on full time study at Waikato University while working, she obtained her BMS degree majoring in Accounting & Marketing in 2010, then her Chartered Accountant qualification in 2013.
With over 15 years of public practice experience (as well as 10 + years using Xero) having worked for a variety of accounting firms within the Waikato including some time at a Big 4, she has a wealth of knowledge she loves to share with her clients. She really enjoys helping clients in particular utilising technology such as Xero to make life easier.
When not in the office she enjoys spending time helping on the farm, currently 50/50 sharemilking with husband Kayne in Ohaupo. The remainder of her spare time she enjoys spending with her two kids, friends, cruising in their classic car and travelling.

Tee Weenink, Chartered Accountant
Tee is originally from Switzerland and has gained her CA qualification in 2019. She joined the Hayward team in May 2023 and comes with over 10 years of accounting experience here and overseas.
Tee spends most of her time outside of work with her toddler and husband and enjoys going out for coffees with friends and family. She also appreciates a good cricket game together with a cold pint of lager.

Vanessa Anderson, Accountant
Vanessa joined the team in early 2021, bringing fresh enthusiasm and expertise after relocating from Christchurch to Hamilton. Vanessa completed her Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Canterbury, where she developed a strong foundation in business, finance, and accounting principles. Since joining the team, Vanessa has completed her postgraduate study and is now fully qualified, actively working towards becoming a Chartered Accountant. Her drive and focus on achieving this prestigious designation demonstrate her passion for the field and her commitment to delivering the highest standards of service.
In her spare time, Vanessa is a dedicated leader at the gym, where she teaches grit and strengthening classes. Her commitment to fitness and helping others achieve their goals is evident in the energy and enthusiasm she brings to each session. Vanessa inspires participants to push their limits and develop both physical and mental resilience, making her classes popular among gym members. Outside of her fitness pursuits, Vanessa enjoys relaxing with a coffee and exploring the diverse attractions of the North Island.

Uma Paranawidana, Chartered Accountant
Uma recently joined our team, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective. Born in Sri Lanka, having a rich cultural background and sharing her baking and Sri Lanka food adds valuable diversity to our group.
Uma is a dedicated mother to her son, who is currently attending high school. Balancing her professional responsibilities with family life, Uma exemplifies commitment and resilience, setting a positive example for those around her.

Aimee Hunn, Payroll Specialist & Administrator
Aimee joined the team in April 2022, and comes with over 15 years of experience working with both small and very large commercial businesses across the Courier, IT, Agri, Laboratory and Veterinary sectors. She is our local payroll guru and loves to help clients trouble shooting Xero payroll needs. Her expertise and approachable nature make her a valued resource for both colleagues and clients alike. She is known for her attention to detail and commitment to finding practical solutions.
Outside of work you will find her adventuring somewhere. Either with her teen babes, up a mountain (on a snowboard, mountain bike, or on foot), in, on or under the water, backpacking around in some exotic location or renovating whatever project she has on the go. Her passion for the outdoors and hands-on projects reflects her energetic and adventurous spirit. You will rarely see her sitting down!
